Phase one is well and truly under way, and things seem to be progressing a lot quicker than I anticipated.
Phase one? wondering what that’s all about?
Phase one includes Studios 2, 3 and 4, along with the makeup room and shower room. Phase two is Studio 1 with the infinity cove. The image above shows the partitioning being erected, and the two guys are at the juncture of studio 3 and 4 (one crouching in the doorway to studio 3, and one on the ladder just outside studio 4, which of course will be the product dedicated studio. Studio 2 & 3 are 13 feet wide and around 21 feet long. Studio 4 is 13 feet wide where it backs onto studio 3, and around 12 feet wide at the other end, and I haven’t measured the length yet, but I would guess in the region of 15 feet or so. (maybe!)
The above image is taken from the inside of studio 3, looking towards the double door entry, with studio 4 to the right of the image, and the office / reception area visible to the left of the image. The ceiling is just short of 12 feet high.
I believe the shower and makeup room is being partitioned off next, whilst studios 2, 3 and 4 will have some of the plaster board applied.

yes, there is quite a bit of natural light available to each studio. I’ll be getting blinds fitted so they are also capable of total blackout.
